ALPHA PROJECT SPORTS SCIENCE OFFERS SUMMER TRAINING
Three-month program designed specifically for student athletes of all sports
Monterey, CALIF. (May 3, 2016) – ALPHA Project Sport Science in Monterey is offering a summer training program for high school and college-age student athletes of all sports.
The program, offered the last three years, provides student athletes with a focused time to train that they typically may not have during the school year, said Paul Cater, owner of ALPHA Project Sport Science.
“Every school has its own schedule and we can accommodate the athletes and their various schedules,” Cater said. “We create customized programs for each athlete that includes skills work – whatever their sport may be, as well as nutrition and other relevant training sessions.”
The program begins June 1 and continues for 12 weeks. It is open to athletes 12-years-old and above. CLICK HERE to Sign Up for the Summer Training Program.
Cater is a Salinas native who played sports professionally and trained athletes across the United States and Europe and has worked with the Major League Baseball’s Baltimore Orioles as a strength and conditioning coach for the past four seasons.
“When I was younger I used to have to drive to the Bay area to find this type of training program; we want people to know the highest level of professional sports training is available to athletes on the Central Coast,” Cater said. “We develop young athletes who want to compete at the highest levels collegiately and professionally — and extend the length of their sports careers with a well-balanced, comprehensive training program.”
